Friends and family you are spending your time with can shape who you are and how your day is going to be. Try to think about the people you want to spend your precious time with. Are the people you picture in your mind is filled with negative influences and puts you down or are these people encourage you and wish what’s best for you. By just being surrounded by great people, it is enough to live a happy and stress free life.

Tip number 3. Setting goals – something that people must learn is how goal setting improves our life. This includes personal or work goals but you should know that no matter the type of goal you set, it is sure to bring a big impact on your life. Truth is, it helps in motivating you.
